AGREEMENT
TO TERMS
By
sending and/or receiving your shipment with us, you agree, regardless
of whether you sign the front of this waybill, for yourself and
as an agent for and on behalf of any other person having an interest
in this shipment, to all terms on this non-negotiable waybill,
in any applicable tariff, and in our current terms and conditions
of carriage, copies of which are available upon request. No one
is authorized to alter or modify the terms of our agreement. Certain
treaties may apply to this shipment and limit our liability for
damage, loss or delay, as described in our terms and conditions.
